Minang Cove Resort is a boutique hotel near the southern tip of Pulau Tioman, nestled within a small bay slightly north of Mukut Village. Providing accommodation in 12 cosy chalets and 3 villas, the resort is a private retreat accessible by speedboat from the nearest jetty once at Tioman Island. While small, the hotel does provide some facilities, including a restaurant, bar, dive center and spa.
From the beach, it's a short swim away to some snorkelling sites overlooking pretty coral reefs in crystal clear waters. For scuba divers, equipment rental is available, with a house wreck and nearby islets to explore. Finally, Mukut further down south can be reached with a 45-minute trek.
